The service carried out was not to carried out to the guide lines set when it was sent back for amendments nothing had changed and i basically a couple of insulting messages from their department pretty much saying they weren't going to do anything about it, phone calls to the company are useless as an elaborate department hierachy has been set up so you wont be able to speak to anybody who knows whats happening i was told on the phone quote "it may sound funny but calling us wont actually help your issue in any way".
