Century Link--Enhanced Billing Services invoice details a charge that i followed up on. When i called the number on the invoice it connected me to this company, "Online Business Association"; who stated that i ordered this service and they could prove it. Upon listening to the taped message i was shocked to here not my voice, but someone else proclaiming to be from our company, gave a fake name, correct business address and when ask to verify with SS# or owners birthdate, they even provided a close, but not accurate birthdate. I have filed a complaint with FTC. I would like to know how they can get by with a scam like this! I have paid $39.95 for 4 months. Warning to fellow small business owners! Be careful - check your phone bills! I would never have ordered this or would need their services! Website looks phoney too! If anyone has a suggetion on how else to spread the word or stop these guys for good, please let me know.
