About Enhanced Billing Service Inc. 02/23/10 For the past couple of months, I missed the fact that my phone bill had increased. Until it was around $30.- over… I was being charged for a service I never got. Enhanced Billing Service Inc. was charging me a monthly fee for Email Discount for coupons that I never received. Enhanced Billing Services said I signed up for the service, but when I tried to get on the Email Discount site, they had no record of my email address. I am refusing to pay the last bill for $31.92. This all happened through my ATT home phone company. Maybe I’ll have to drop them too. Also, I couldn’t find anything in my computer about Email Discount, especially not a conformation for their services. How can this happen???
