I was wondering why my ATT bill was higher then usual. Then I noticed an unauthorized charge for 14.95 from Enhanced Services or ESB or whatever they call themselves. This is a bunch of crap that someone can just charge you whatever they feel like and intrude on your personal accounts and your own phone company does nothing. Nothing is being done and just keeps going on and on. It makes me sick and I want to know what the hell is a consumer supposed to do to stop this fraud.

$12.95 has been charged to my telephone bill for the last 8 months without my authorization.
