I wish I had checked the complaint board before I called Enjoy Better TV. I too have not received the $50 Visa Gift Card I was promised. The Dish technician told me this was a bogus charge that I was getting the rebate for. I called enjoy better tv back but they assured me it was a legitamate charge and I would definitely get the Visa Card. I should have had an email by now telling me how to go about getting the card but it has never come. When the tech from Dish came to install my program his work order did not match the request of service I had thought I was getting and of course it cost me more to get what I thought I was getting. I feel like I was cheated and mislead.
