My name is john mitchell having and i am having trouble contacting the right people to talk to since their is no way to contact the president to let him know of my sisutation with the roslindale office were i rent a car and was treated very poorly. I had previously rent from enterprise everytime i rent a car which is very often but this time was a horrible experinence since i was also buying a car from enterprise. While i was purchasing a car they told me the car did not pass expection so their for i had to keep the rent a car longer but the car was due back so instead of them helping me it was the day before thanksgiving they wanted the car back and threaten to call the police if the car was not returned i would like to talk to someone about this but wasnt able to contact any one but would really like it someone could help me or contact me at [email protected] thank you sincerly mr mitchell
