I was allocated a car by my garage through Enterprise at 8513 Manassas Drive, Manassas, VA 20111. I took this car on April 29 morning with quarter tank gas and returned the car same day at 6pm to their manager, Matt. He signed the receipt for its return and personally took the car keys from me. I notice now that I was charged for gas when I had brought back the car with quarter tank; I called Enterprise today to dispute this charge on my card; Mr. Charles informs me that he took the keys from drop off box and noticed that the car was showing empty tank and it had travelled 264 miles; I returned the car after travelling for 50miles; It is amazing how they misused the customers credit cards and charged it inspite of returning the car in good condition with quarter tank full as per the contract. My charges are still under dispute and I have been told that they will get back to me tomorrow 5/10/11. I may have to take it up if the refund is not given back.
