I got a warranty thru Mogi and was taken for granted by the company that they sold my contract to which is Enterprise Financial Group. I had coverage with them for almost a year and the very first time I go to request a claim for repairs they inform me that I have to pay out of pocket up to $1, 000 before they will confirm whether or not if they will repair my vehicle. This is ridiculous! The mechanic will have to take apart my transmission and find the exact piece that has failed in order to repair. Why in the world would I do that. This process will take up to a week. In the meantime, I don't have another car and will have to pay for a rental out-of-pocket until the company decides if they will pay for anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE RIDICULOUS!!! They don't pay for anything and you won't get your money back from them. I canceled my warranty with them and have decided to find a better legitimate company. BE WARE!
