I ordered two pet products two weeks ago. I have not received my products as of this date 8 June. I called and was told it would be 7 more days. I ask them to check the computer to see if the products had been shipped and I was I transferred to a service department which was a recording. I have found out that other people did not receive their products for as much as a month and that the company was not even in the US. Question: What can the consumer (me as well as others) do to let others know how this company operates. I need my pet products now and expected to receive them in a reasonable timeframe. I will NEVER EVER use this company again but I would like everyone to know how they operate their business.
