I was charged for two items I did not order and tried to call 800 number and set on the phone for two hours before it was answered. I told the person I did not order the two items, she said when I received the order to send it back for a full refund. The packing paper says I need to contact the support to get a delivery confirmation and return merchandise authorization number plus a 15% restocking fee will be charged. When I received the package the Hoodiawater had busted and everything in the package was wet. I believe this should not happen and they should be more clear about what you are ordering.
