This company is about ripping Doctors off. They sell you software and then it is full of bugs right out of the box. They stall you with tech support always passing the buck until your 90 period is up.

Then they know they have you. The training period was wasted with the trainer spending the entire hour trying to get the program to stop crashing.

This software is filled with misspelled words and system errors. They lie and tell you that person no longer works here and later you find that to be a lie.

Don't purchase EON System's Document Solutions, Total Practice Solutions or Documentor. The system is way overpriced and does not work. You will be sorry! I know I am! Instead of making my office run smoother, I spent too many staff hours to mention with tech support on the phone trying to get this system to work right which it never has!
