There has been a unauthorized withdrawal from my account of $99.00 on 3/23/2011. I do not know of a Platinum Online Group so why are they taking my money.

I was contacted by this company with an offer for a line of credit. I did not agree to the offer but a couple of weeks later the company generated a check with my account information and submitted it to my bank for payment. Due to the funds being unavailable the company's draft was returned and I was charged and NSF for $20. I contacted the company several times and finally reached a real person who took my name and number, said I would receive a return call about my complaint and then promptly hung up on me as I was trying to ask for information about the company. I never received a return call and less than 2 weeks later the same draft was submitted to my bank and was paid. I am now out $119. I never gave this company any of my banking information. I never agreed to accept their offer but they manage to withdraw this money anyway. I want my money and the NSF fee refunded. This seems like a highly illegal practice that this company is engaged in. Apparently I am not the only victim. Seeking help and restitution.
