It took three separate delivery attempts to receive our furniture from EQ3 London. I have never had such a frusterating experience. The first two delivery attempts were cancelled by the store without explanation and on the third attempt, the delivery did not arrive during the scheduled time period. When we called to check on the status of this delivery, we were informed by the sales clerk that all of the staff that day was new, and that they had no idea where anything was, as there had been no communication from the staff from the week before. This store is run poorly and the staff appear to be very disorganized and inexperienced. It is a shame, as we are very happy with the quality of the furniture.
