They con you into thinking that they will loan you money if you send them a deposit for a third party review process that they call 'Due Diligence'.
After they get your moneey, you will never hear from them again.
I dealt with a 'Todd Scott', which is an alias for marty sweeten. No matter what name you get, it all ends the same.
After sending them $2200 for due diligence, I called hundreds of times and could never reach a person.
Email responses were few and told me the same thing, still waiting for due diligence, should be within 2 weeks.
After 5 weeks, nothing.
Anyway, Just google 'Marty Sweeten' and you'll see. He's done this to every person he's received money from and has never actually funded a dime. BEWARE!!!
