I made an online purchase and was charged for the product at the end of July and have not been able to get a refund. I have been trying for a month since the product was never delivered to get my money back. When the website was still up I sent 2 emails to the customer service email address provided. On 9/29 I looked up the transaction and left a message at the phone number listed there. None of the 4 options on their answering service connected me with a person. Today I tried to call again and the number is disconnected. I tried to go to the web site and it no longer exists. My purchase amount was $22.22.
