So I just found out that 5/3 has put a Permanent block on my equity line, This is after I paid it off on January (over $1500. pay off) 28th then they charged me another $14.08 which I did not know about until it was over 30 days late. I did get the late charge taken off but still they will not remove the block after being a customer with them for over 10 years they treat me this way over a $14.08 charge that I did not know about. Completely unfair and ridiculous I told them We will NEVER loan another dime from them I'm taking my business elsewhere. I would advise the same for anyone else before this happens to you.
