After receiving a demand letter 0f $298.18 I called ERSolutions to dispute the amount. The lady I spoke to said the amount is right and that I should give her the dates and the amounts I shall pay. I requested time to sit and consult my budget. She said that I must do it right away or they consider me non compliant and send my name to the credit bureau. I told her that this was harassment. she hung up.

I am planning to send them a proposal but I do not want to call them. They have not shown fax number on their letter therefore I will send the letter by post.
