Ordered and item for Christmas present and had confirmation. Contacted when proper time allocation was achieved. Product had never shipped, no way to monitor on-line. Called to check on and spend 21 minutes and 30 seconds on hold before the line went dead. Sent e-mail and got rude response. Left in a pinch for alternative for present with 3 shopping days left.
