I did not order this service, but a charge turned up on my phone bill for $14.95. I called to cancel and they canceled it but I also wanted my phone bill credited for the 14.95 and they gave me a hard time. After much yelling and threats to report them to government agencies, they finally said they'd credit me the $14.95.
