I have reported this to service provider also. Advertisement on screen and could not get it off. Ended up having to purchse the system to get it off my screen. Had to log off to get rid od ot it and it would come right back. It hurt my computer and now I do not have access to internet as previous did. will have to tkae computer to shop and it costs several hundred dollars. the charge was more also than stated on on the screen by company. Frustrating and horrible situation because I use my comouter to make a living...want my money back and want my computer fixed!!! The activiation code they gave me was
