ESBI appears to be a third-party that is "cramming" an authorized charge for this Nationwide Assist service onto our Century Link bill. Our Century Link account is for phone/cable/internet. The charges were never authorized. Century Link will only remove them month-to-month each time we complain. ESBI-Nationwide Assist is non-responsive, has lied by saying that we authorized the charges, and will not discontinue the charges even though we have called them to complain and have them removed.
