ESBI somehow was able to place a bill on my Qwest phone bill of 14.95 for services which I did not request. When I called Qwest they said they could not advise me as to what to do so it appears they are somewhat to blame for this as their billings are so complicated I had to call them to figure this out. I called ESBI and canceled their fraudulent "e-mail service scam". But there seem no way to recover the monetary damages. Has anyone recovered their money?
