I have never been through such a scam in my life. I am a social worker for developmentally disabled and if this happened to me for the past year it had to have happened to so many innocent people! I noticed my AT&T phone bill was high and found out that 'ESBI' has been charging me a stunning $24.33 a month for services I don't even know what they are for. I called 'ESBI' and was treated with disrespect and total denial not to mention the run-around. I want my money refunded to my phone bill. I also want money for the personal suffering this has caused my husband (who has been laid off for a year), and myself who has been on medical leave due to a serious condition. This needs stopped NOW and I also feel the phone company is partly responsible. Why can they not notify customers to at least give them a 'heads-up' before it gets out of control?
