I rec'd. my phone bill from Verizon and was billed $13.60 by ESBI for voice mail. Did not want it, did not order it and have no way to receive voice mail anyway. Called & cancelled it today. Did not want usprize.com either. Did not complete sign up-better not be charged for anything else I did not order or want!!!
