On 2/12/09 I placed an online order for 3 surge protectors; using my credit card.
I promptly received an email confirming my order.
On 2/20/09 I had not yet received my order; and sent them an email; they did respond in a reasonable time limit, they are looking into the matter and contact them in two business days if I do hear back from them. I waited three business days before emailing them again. They responded the next day saying the part was no longer available, it took another email and 3 days before my credit card was refunded the full amount.


I'm not saying they are dishonest; I should have never been able to place an order with the part no longer available; and if it was out of stock they should inform me when it was available and if I willing to wait for it.
