I bought a pair of Uggs for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunetly, they were the wrong size. When I went back to the original website that I purchased them from, eshopboots.com, I followed there instructions and contacted them through a on-line form to ask for instructions for an exchange/return. They provide no direct email address, phone numbe or address. They have so far not contacted me and I have no way of getting ahold of them. Their policy on their website says they will respond in 12 hours. What a joke! This seems like a fraudulent operation as they will not respond to my inquiries, do not follow their own listed policy and seem not to care if a customer gets screwed. I would stay away from E-Shop and eshopboots.com, otherwise you will probably get the same lack of service that I'm experiencing. Mike Phillips
