Purchased in July 2009 as a Home use version of Office 2003. In Jan 2010 a Genuine Advantage error message appears on my machine. After consulting with Microsoft I found out this was an Enterprise Corporate Edition. After numerous emails Esoftwaremall kept sending me Corporate key versions for download. Cannot dispute through Paypal WHY? I DONT KNOW. They are definately a Scam, wouldnt deal with them again, they should be blacklisted. I have lost £78.00
