"I just have to leave a statement and I realize it doesnt even matter because i have tried to get help with the problems I have been having with Kodak products and ended up no where with the company. I am 41 years old and have always been insistent on nothing but kodak products even though the quality has went consisitently down over the years. I have spent quite a bit of money over the years on kodak products. The purchase of the esp 7 printer has finally made me realize that not only does kodak no longer care about producing quality products they also have no desire to please satify their customers. Last year I purchased one of kodaks top of the line cameras only to be disappointed and now the entire time I have had this printer it hasn't worked right. However kodak no longer cares enough about their customer to put a live person on the phone it is all computerized suggestions and prerecorded. I posted this statement in the contact area of their site and the response that came back to me said that kodak wasn't responsible for problems outside of the waranty, so since my printer hasn't worked right from day one does that mean they know their products are junk so if your dumb enough to purchase them don't attempt to get them to back up their guaranntees. How sad to think that I was faithful and loyal to kodak as a customer and they didn't bother to even attempt to show the same courtesy."
