ESS For Home Monthly is a scam that is apparently tagged on when an order from an infomercial is placed over the phone. It is also related to another scam exactly similar in nature from the State and phone number noted on the credit card statement; that is Explore USA Monthly.

I called the phone number supplied on my statement last month and was told by the person who answered the phone that I would be removed from the billing list and refunded my money. I thought it was a little hinky when it was a little too easy. Not only was I not refunded my money, they have continued to charge my credit card on a monthly basis. As if that isn't bad enough, I found "Explore USA Monthly' through this website! They don't have a website. I haven't received a magazine, a news letter, or any kind of documentation that they even exist.

I suggest that anyone who has gone this route contact their credit card company to see if the charges can be blocked for future months, and refunded if possible.
