Just like so many others, I was informed I had been approved for 5, 000. However, due to my credit I would have to pay a security deposit of $771.95. Since I was "guaranteed" the money, I went ahead and sent the money. The next day, since the money wasn't in my account I called back. I was told they were dealing with a new lender and I needed to pay an additional amount. I actually got it in writing that I was guaranteed this money. However, it was never deposited. I spoke with Jeremy, who was the customer service supervisor. He said he didn't understand it and was going to give me my money back. I was told I would have to wait until Jan 14th and it would be put into the account. As you can imagine, that date came and went. I called back and was told it was being sent by certified check to my home address and I would have it by the 18th. I tried to call this morning and surprise, surprise the toll free number is no longer working. I learned a VALUABLE lesson. I hope anyone who reads these understands that if you are in a tight spot and need money, please don't let them fool you like they have so many others.

I was told that I was approved for a loan of $10, 000 for which I had applied online and because I recently went through a divorce and money is tight right now I agreed to the terms which were like any other loan except they asked for a security deposit and like an idiot I had my girlfriend go to Western Union and send them the $1, 197.30 that was requested and was told everything was done and in 6-8hrs it would be in my account but 24hrs later it wasn't and I called them back but they told me I needed to contact customer service so I did and they said well we need you to send another $1, 197.30 the same way and then you will get the loan deposited. I said no and requested my deposit be returned to my account immediately and they said we can't do that, but you will recieve it Jan 20th 2010. I told him I was lied to and mislead by his company so I should be reimburst immediately and he said "I don't give a rat's ass that you were lied to, if you don't send the second deposit by friday then you will be canceled and you will get a refund on Jan 20th. I filed a BBB complaint right after he hung up. But the joke will soon be on them because I work for the US Government and have turned it over to them, I am currently working in Iraq so for security reasons all calls are monitored and can be pinpointed to their exact location even though these companies use calling centers to re-route their calls to seem like they originate elsewhere.
