I was attempting to purchase a breeding pair of caucasian shepards from the above breeder. Over two months, I sent a deposit of 3700 dollars towards 5500 dollars. based upon a contract, the above breeder agreed to transport the pair to knoxville, tennessee. Upon arrival on August 23, the breeder related that my accomodations were not suitable for his caucasian shepards. Mr. Vasili Platunov related I would not give the dogs the love they need. He could not elaborate how love. Because I was leasing property from someone else, I allowed Mr. Vasili to leave with the dogs without any trouble. He related he would return only 2500 dollars out of 3700. Vasili related he was charging me for kenneling and transporting the dogs. I stated you can not charge me for two dogs you refused to give to me. I did not refuse to take the dogs. You refused to give me the dogs. Subsequently, I related he should have to return the entire 3700 dollars. To this date, he has refused to return my money. Because the color of my skin, I feel the breeder refused to sell me the dog. Again, this is my opinion. If any this complaint report could help me retrieve my money, I would be forever thankful. i do not want to do any harm to the breeder, but I just want my money returned as soon as possible.
