I have received the most horrible service in a salon and day spa. The thought of it really shocks me because ok if you receive bad service anywhere else but a salon and day spa is all about customer satisfaction and these morons know nothing about that. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and am dead sure I will not be going back ever again. This place is waste of time and money. You don't get what you expect or what you should get. I had gone there to get my eye brows done. I wanted it waxed. I was made to wait there because there was a long line at the salon. We had to wait for over 45 minutes. No one came to even apologize. I was very disappointed from the start. I thought of leaving but I did not. I wish I did. The lady who was gonna do my eye brows did not even sanitize her hands. She was more interested in doing her manicure. I wanted my eye brows waxed but this dame did threading. I was not happy with the result. This experience was not worth my time and money.
