I was a customer of Euphony for 18mths as that was the agreed time limit.On the 18th month i get a bill for over 4 grsnd (monthly bill).T hey didnt send me a copy of the bill as they had done the last 17 mths i had to demand one, when I got the bill there is all these premuim numbers on there which I never phone!! In one day 60 calls where made to these numbers at times when i know no one was using the telephone.I rang them and complained again but to no avail did I get a decent answer.In january I changed my server and they are still sending me bills with a monthly charge.How on earth can they do that when I no longer a customer of theirs and havent ben for 3 months.I rang them again still no postive answer.When I said I was getting legal advice the girl Amanda who I spoke to put the phone down on me.
