Eurasia Jewelers - Atlanta, GA Reviews

Dishonesty and ruined jewelry!
Eurasia Artistic Jewelry
4400 Ashford Dunwoody Road / Ste. 1475
Atlanta, GA 30346 VN

I gave a female clerk at Eurasia an antique coin ring and a gold bracelet and asked for an ESTIMATE for repairs. She called me the following day and left a VM message, saying it would be $60. I did not agree with this estimate, so I opted instead to pick the jewelry up. Upon doing so, I found both repairs had been done without my permission. The clerk told me it would be $80 (not $60). I mentioned the female clerk's message and he said I couldn't prove it and she no longer worked there. Furthermore, the historic coin ring (400 years old from Atocha shipwreck) was RUINED!! I asked several times to speak with the owner and was told a) I couldn't have his contact information and b)he was "out of the country until October. Even after calling mall security and the county police dept the clerk to intervene I was unable to get my ruined jewelry back at no charge. I even offered to pay for the gold bracelet only, but not the ruined ring. The clerk refused and I had to pay him $50 to get the ruined jewelry back. He then told the police he did not want me back in his store.
