I am cheated and made a object of joke by the customer care of Eureka Forbes, Bangalore. I put a request of reinstallation at Sunday (30.09.2007) reference no - 9028153240. The person told me that I would be serviced within 24 hours and now 5 days are over I am yet to serviced. Every time when I contact them I am told that I would be service immediately but without any impact. I am terribly mistaken by going for Eureka Forbes.
