My aquaguard total sensa with blue G purchase on19.6.2009 &my customer ID is 1006238765. complaines are 1.there is always a stagnant water in a particular part of the water purifier.2. this product designed in such a way that insects can easily come in small cockroaches, ant etc that is hurmfull to our health. In this connection it is informed to you that i have no service from your end . After giving call for a number of time then they come but no knowledge about theisproduct. So we are not satiesfied whith their servies. therefore I want to look into the matter and replace the purefirere with a new one .So that i do not have to face such problems any more .
