I have registered the complaints/ issues facing with the Video Door Phone/Lock purchased from Eureka forbes Team, Bangalore and the ref No October- 073
The complaints are
1. The Lock is not opening/ releasing automatically when the release button is pressed in the monitor/Phone. We have to release manually every time . This problem happened within 5 months from the date of Installation
2. Actually the instrument was installed by thier service Engineer team from Bangalore ( Mr.Eerranna and their Team) on 08.05.2010 after un due delay in installation. But I have not recd the Original Invoice/ Gurantee Card till now. I have been told that the same will be sent to me after Installation.
