I bough a pair of Soft Walk shoes for R690 from Europa Art Shoes Euro Comfort Clearwater in May last year whilst I was pregnant. The lady at the store advised me that it was a good pair to buy. My child was born early at the end of May so I barely used the shoe. In January this year I decided to use the shoe again and noticed that the leather on the left shoe was cracking. The right shoe was in perfect condition. I took it to the store and the lady at the store Jenny told me the shoe looks like its been cut. I explained to her that I definitely did not cut the shoe and there was no one at my house that would do that. She took the shoe in any case to send to head office. I was then called again by another lady Ria (who was even ruder than Jenny) who told me to fetch my shoes. When I asked her if they had been fixed, she said no. it cannot be fixed because the shoe has clearly been cut. If you look at the shoe you can clearly see that there is an issue with the quality of the left shoe because the right shoe looks perfect. I am not going to ever buy shoes from them again. Please be aware when purchasing from this store. I see I am not the first to complain about them.
