I was having trouble getting updated antivirus software and discovered several errors in my registry, preventing me from getting it, so I downloaded "Eusing" Free Registry. It scanned my computer and reported over 300 errors, which I discovered I had, so I opted to have them clean up my registry. In order to do that I had to pay $15.00 and an additional $3.65 for Registration Backup Service plus $0.73 tax. It did not do anything. I ended up calling support.com for help and ALL of the errors in my registry were still there so I chose to have them clean up my registry. Also, the support information that SWReg Digital River gave me on my receipt is fraudulent. There is not a support at: [email protected]. It's a asian website that is completely in an asian language. I was able to go onto the original website to customer support and request a full refund. They state that someone will be getting back to me in 24 hours. We'll see.
