Tried to purchased a roll of 44 cent stamps, total $44.00. Received a roll of 42 cent stamps instead of the 44 cent stamps I paid for. Used some of these stamps to mail letters before I relized the stamps were the wrong price. And this post office did not have 2 cent stamps. What am I suppose to do with a roll of 42 cent stamps?
