Hello, Im not sure who I am writing to, but I know one thing GM doesnt give a hoot about any of it's customers. I have a 2003 Saturn Vue...and the transmission is bad...GM wants me to take it to a certified Saturn garage to have it diagnosed to see if it is the transmission the cost for me NOT FOR THEM is $900.00. Now if it is the transmission they are willing to pay have MAYBE half...MAYBE...Maybe is not good enough for me especially when you dont have the money. They even said they would have given me $5000.00 for the car IF I purchased a new one from them problem there was a deadline Nov 30, 2010...I started having problem in Dec...why should there be a deadline Saturn knew about the problem even before they mass produced it...so why should we have to liable for their greedyness...I have contacted several time and I still have not be able to get help with this problem. Does anyone have any good information to share.
