Charges to Bank account

Ordered sample on line for .99 delivery charge. Never recieved sample but my Bank account was charged 87.47 for the product. When I called their 1-877-666-0531 phone number I was informed that it was a ten day free trail and because I did not cancel within ten days I owed the money. I never had one day, I never recieved the product.

Unauthorized charges to credit card

I fell for the free"trial offer" for the brighter teeth product. The product was never sent nor received. I tried to call Ever Brite's number, but after waiting for over a half hour on numerous occasions, no one answered the phone. Two unauthorized charges have been made to my credit card and I have contacted my bank and told them not to honor any credit card charges from this company. I sent a written letter (before the second $87. charge) telling Ever Brite they were NOT authorized to use my credit card for any charges, all to NO avail. I believe this is a definite scam. I would urge the BBB and Florida Attorney General's Office to take immediate action against this entity.
