The terms of their agreement state that you must cancel your free trial period 10 days from the day you order. I ordered late on the 10th and cancelled early on the 20th and was told that my trial period ended the day before because the 10th counted as day 1 of my trial. I argued that 1 day from the 10th is the 11th, and 10 days from the 10th is the 20th. They would only repeat that my order date counted as day1 and I was charged roughly $150 and was not given the code needed to return the product.

If you choose to do this trial, read the terms carefully and beware of this fraudulent and very misleading statement.
