I was recently scammed by this company as well! Same issue. I thought I was receiving a RISK FREE sample and only paying for shipping, but was charged $158 for the sample which was suppose to be free. No where on the actual advertisement did it mention that there was a 10 day trial or automatic membership enrollment. When I called to dispute the charge, the representative indicated that it was in the terms and conditions. It seems to me that the company intentionally hid the true terms and conditions in the fine print so that many folks would fall into its scam. I strongly encourage everyone on this website to fill out a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission in order to have them investigated and shut down. Although complaints on this website helps to make others like us aware of the fraud, it does not notify the appropriate government agencies. Only a formal complaint to the Federal Trade Commission can help to start an investigation against the company. You can file a complaint on the website below:
