pre paid virtual card unauthorized
I was applying for a cash advance from a totally different company online. Of course I gave them my banking info. Next thing I know, $54.95 is taken out of my checking overdrawing my account and my bank charging me $36.00 for this overdraw. I live paycheck to paycheck. $144.00 a week. I cannot afford this extra money . I've e-mailed them numerous times with a ticket # that they supplied. They don't read your e-mails and haven't sent a refund. I suggest that you try their web site..Contacteverprivatecardservices.com/REFUND
See if you get the refund form that they claim to send via e-mail attachment.. I just want my refund. Their phone number on their phony check is 514-868-2092. My ticket number is : 174992z2116549298131950249.. Thank You

Unauthorized billing!
I am going through the same thing everyone is. I am however reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and have reported them to the news channels, especially 8 on your side, the affiliate station for NBC in Tampa Florida. I encourage everyone who has encountered a problem with this company to do the same. If we get enough people, we may be able to file a class action suit.

Unauthorized withdrawal
I've already submitted my complaint to this site, but am writing to inform you all that it is possible to get your money back. I went to my bank when I discovered that money was illegally taken out of my bank account by this company. I made sure that I printed several complaints/stories that had already been submitted by others on the internet. With this info. I turned it over to my bank, filled out an affidavit, and within two weeks I was reimbursed the money. For everyone who has been defrauded by this company, please, please, please, go to your bank and report it. The bank will investigate after you fill out an affidavit, and if at all possible get as much evidence that will support your claim. Your money is FDIC insured by all banks, and if fraud is proven you will be reimbursed. Don't let this company get away "SCOTT FREE" with your money. LS, ST. LOUIS, MO
