Closing your account and opening a new one will not prevent this fraudulent transaction. We need to contact out State representatives, Attorney Generals from both the U.S. and Canada ( since I understand that is where this everprivate cards originates); contact your local news station consumer investigations; contact an attorney who will not only get our money refunded , but will file a civil suit because it is illegal what they are doing.This whole thing has made me sick to my stomach and I am not going to rest until somebody not only listens to me but does something about these crooks!

I talk to some one at Everprivate about money taken from acc unauthorized and was told i could get my money refunded. (49.95 was taken from my acc, and therefore cause a check to bounce, by which now the bank fees is 30.00 more dollars which do not have. and i feel that they should pay for these fees too. Had it not been for them taken unauthorized monies this would not have happen) as it is I am requesting when is my refund being return to me.
