The wine cooler that I purchased from Home Depot doesn't work. When I plug it in it comes on but it doesn't cool at all.
I have made repeated attempts to phone their customer service line at Franklin Industries, but to no avail. They keep sayng that someone from the company will phone me within 24 hours.
