We purchased a substantial amount of furniture and 5 mos later, after getting the same 'packaged reply' after we inquired about our furniture, we demanded our money back. We were then told the 'machine that reimburses' credit cards could no longer work with our account. Whenever we would call to inquire about our purchase we were hung up on or transferred to a non-existent answering machine. Thank GOD for CHASE bank, and their support, professionalism and reimbursing our money. We only hope others will not be hurt by this company that suffer loss of time, energy and frustration.

This company is a complete fraud. They do not place, ship or fill furniture orders. Placed order on 8/29 for my son's bedroom set. 4 months of stories from Susie, Stephen and Al. Order lost, released, waiting for pick up... I finally broke and couldn't deal with it anymore. So now they've had my money for 4 months to do who knows what with. Thank goodness Mastercard filed a suit and credited me back. When I called to cancel the order I couldn't even get a live person to talk to me. Not that there was an order to cancel! Do not order from this company, if you have, call your credit card company immediately to dispute the charge.
