My wife and I own a 2003 E500 with lots of problems. We have an extended warranty so we drop our car off to have repairs done. With an extended warranty we were expecting to pay the deductible of $150.00. We told the service adviser not to do any work unless covered by the warranty. He called after the work was already done to tell us that warranty did not cover it and that we expected to pay addition money to the deductible. When I confronted the service adviser he refused to take the charge off so I demanded to talk to a manager. The manager refused to take the charge off and continued to call my wife a layer and say that she knew of the charge before hand. This is the end of our dealings with Ewing Autohaus of Plano.
