I purchased in good faith two cartons of cigarettes and have not yet received them. The island St Barths, is part of the European union and therefore they should abide by European distance selling regulations and refund my money; which they have refused to do. They have also breached regulations further by misleading the customer. e.g. there is nothing in the order process about problems with customs in the UK. This is on a seperate page completely, so you would need to be thorough and read the entire site to get a true prospective. Anyway, since they are part of the European union I can request my money back at any time before I have recieved the item.
